Position overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates for warehouse roles in a dynamic inbound and outbound full-time role. You will assist in daily general warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
Receiving, inspecting, and grading incoming product
Picking, packing, and preparing outbound shipments
Operating RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Moving product throughout the facility using manual and powered equipment
Supporting inventory accuracy and general floor operations

Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 12 hours on concrete floors
Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Must pass a 5-panel drug test and background check
Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred
