What You’ll Do:

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving across the country. This is a great role for recent grads or early-career professionals who want to build real business skills in logistics, operations, customer service, and sales.

• Take freight orders from existing customers
• Find and contract with trucking carriers
• Negotiate freight rates
• Track shipments and handle any issues
• Build relationships with customers and carriers
• Generate leads for new business
• Work closely with an experienced team that’s there to help you learn

What We’re Looking For:

We’ll teach you the logistics—but we’re looking for the right mindset and work ethic.

• Bachelor’s degree (any field welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn new software and tools
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• A positive, team-first attitude
• No industry experience required

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 /year salary $6000-$7200 annual bonus at 100% of performance target with uncapped potential for outperforming

Expected Total Pay with Bonus: $51,000 - $60,800 per year
