Warehouse Team Lead

Job description:

Position Summary

The Lead supports the Supervisor in managing daily departmental operations and leads the team in the Supervisor’s absence. This role ensures productivity, efficiency, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20 Hourly

Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, assign, and oversee daily work for team members
• Lead daily operations and complete end-of-shift reports
• Follow up on operational issues and resolve as needed
• Collaborate with local teams to identify process improvements
• Track and report daily efficiency and performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Adhere to and promote the 7S Program and guidelines
• Work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required (especially during Q4)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in SAP and/or WMS environments preferred
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Reliable, dependable team player with strong accountability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse dock and office manufacturing environment
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Moderate to loud noise levels

Security & Compliance Responsibilities

• Adhere to all information security policies and company procedures
• Protect company assets, systems, and confidential information
• Report suspected security incidents or vulnerabilities promptly
• Handle personal, client, and business data in compliance with data protection laws and company policies
