Mixer Operator

Labor Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Mixer Operator to join our team in Mitchellville. This role is responsible for mixing materials according to specifications, handling large product loads, and operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $21.99/hour
Hours: 1st & 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing equipment to blend materials per production requirements
• Measure and load raw materials accurately
• Safely operate a high reach forklift to move materials and finished products
• Handle and transport items weighing 500 pounds using proper equipment
• Monitor mixing processes and adjust as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous mixing or manufacturing experience preferred
• High reach forklift experience required
• Ability to safely handle heavy materials (500 lbs with equipment)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good attendance and reliability
