What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Maintenance Technician position at Labor Solutions, LLC?
We produce industrial filtration systems with cutting edge technologies for the manufacturing and machining industries. We have five production facilities around the world including Sweden, Germany, USA, China, and India, as well as over 30 sales and service offices in many more places.
Currently we have an immediate opening for Field Service Technician. The Service Technicians may travel 2-3 days a week or times when no travel is necessary for a month.
- Installs new oil filtration machines, trains customers in operation and maintenance at customer locations.
- Travel is involved.
- Testing equipment
- Handle Service call.
- Quote replacement parts over the phone.
- Service older machines in the field.
- Must have an ability for industrial programming or familiarity of PLC's such as Siemens, Schnieider, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley.
- We will assist with short external training if needed.
- Troubles shoot service issues and quote replacement parts and provide customer service assistance.
Job Type: Full-time, 1st shift, 8am to 4pm.
