The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, prospecting and following up with leads and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in a designated geographic area.
- Research and qualify leads to assess their potential as clients.
- Generate and maintain a sales pipeline of prospective customers.
- Meet with clients in person to introduce our services.
- Present sales presentations to highlight the value and benefits of the offerings.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales deals and secure commitments from clients
- Manage and optimize a designated sales territory, ensuring efficient coverage and reach.
- Plan and prioritize client visits and sales activities to maximize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and client information.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months experience in sales, preferably B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills which can be leveraged in areas of negotiations
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
- The ability to overcome obstacles without becoming discouraged and readily collaborate with others to accomplish goals
