Customer Service Rep

Position Summary

The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication with both internal and external customers, providing requested information, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. This role ensures that all customer requirements are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity of shipment tracking and records
• Manage client-specific cases and requests
• Process Proof of Delivery (POD) requests
• Handle and resolve customer claims and reclamations
• Communicate effectively and manage escalations
• Consistently review and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support service providers with inventory processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
