Labor Solutions is hiring a highly organized Administrator Assistant who embraces teamwork and enjoys building a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Place purchase orders and combine orders when possible
Pre-event planning and on-site event coordination
Respond to emails, and draft and edit documents
Assist other staff members, vendors, and visitors
Maintains physical and digital filling systems
Provides general administrative support to Site Director
Assist with any additional support duties
Qualifications & Key Traits:
Experience in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively partner with all levels of the business
