Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents
• Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to uphold health standards and safety regulations
• Assist with janitorial tasks including waste disposal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests or residents
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus
• Capable of operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards at all times

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
