Join our growing team in Rockledge, FL as a Warehouse / Inventory Associate! This full-time, day-shift, temp-to-hire position runs Monday through Friday and offers a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations throughout the week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse materials efficiently
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Track batch and lot numbers, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures are followed
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Keep all warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
