Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with site clean-up and general maintenance
Move, stack, and organize materials in warehouses or job sites
Operate basic hand tools and follow safety procedures
Support skilled tradespeople as needed
Perform repetitive physical tasks (e.g., lifting, carrying, bending, standing for long periods)
Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
Steel-toed boots and additional PPE may be required depending on the assignment
Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
