This is a full-time on-site role for Billing and Collection Reps located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Billing and Collection Reps will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing and sending billing statements, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of charges and discharges. This role also includes following up on overdue accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Effective communication and excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.
