PRIMARY PURPOSE / FUNCTION:
Facilitate the efficient operation of the school administrative office and provide clerical services for the school administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Experience:
Minimum of one to three years of secretarial experience preferably in a public education
environment.
