- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.
- Assist with special projects to support overall office operations.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- A high school diploma or GED
Required Experience:
- Experience in clerical, secretarial, or other administrative roles
- Computer literacy and software skills
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual with written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
