About the Role
La Quinta Inn & Suites Erie is hiring a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. You'll be the main point of contact for guests overnight, handle check-ins and check-outs, and close out the day's financials. We're hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests, handle check-ins and late arrivals, and process check-outs
- Run the night audit and balance daily transactions
- Post room and tax charges, reconcile credit card batches, and prepare reports for the morning shift
- Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest requests
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and presentable
- Monitor the property overnight and report any safety or maintenance issues
- Set up the lobby and coffee station before the morning shift arrives
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Familiarity with OPERA or similar PMS systems is a plus
- Comfortable with computers and basic accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work alone and stay alert through the shift
