- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with valuable information.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Assist with reservations and modifications through various booking systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Skills
