La Quinta by Wyndham is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. This overnight position plays a key role in both front desk operations and ensuring the accuracy of the hotel’s nightly financials. As the main point of contact for guests during the night, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment while keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours
- Handle reservations, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries
- Perform nightly audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Prepare reports for management, including revenue and occupancy summaries
- Answer phones and assist guests with special requests or concerns
- Keep public areas clean and organized
- Support housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams as needed
- Follow hotel safety and security protocols to protect guests and property
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Friendly, professional attitude with the ability to multitask
