We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Job Summary:
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the overall safety and functionality of our hotel. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues reported by staff.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
