Front Desk Receptionist – La Quinta by Wyndham Everett, WA
La Quinta by Wyndham in Everett is hiring a dependable and guest-focused Front Desk Receptionist to support both overnight and daytime shifts. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while assisting in essential hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries
- Answer calls and resolve guest needs promptly and professionally
- Perform night audit procedures and daily reporting (when on overnight shift)
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and lobby throughout your shift
- Support overall operations, which may include upkeep of public spaces such as the lobby, bathrooms, fitness center, pool, and café area
- Assist with daily tasks such as breakfast preparation and setup, light laundry duties, and restocking the hotel market
Schedule & Availability
- Must be available for a mix of overnight and daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Expected hours: 16–40 hours per week
- More hours can become available
