Responsibilities
- Greet guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries with courteous phone etiquette in multiple languages when applicable.
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the hotel premises to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure all records are accurate for management review.
- Assist with front desk duties such as checking in late arrivals, handling guest requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs swiftly.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience with a strong focus on guest services and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from various backgrounds.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
