Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Conduct floor care tasks, including sweeping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Execute carpet cleaning duties to ensure all carpets are free from stains and dirt.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in both residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
• Skills in cooking are a plus, enhancing the overall service provided to clients.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
