Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues utilizing tools such as ohmmeters, schematics, and other diagnostic devices.
- Perform welding repairs and fabrication tasks to restore or enhance equipment functionality.
- Maintain facilities by executing residential painting, plumbing repairs, HVAC servicing, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and improve manufacturing processes.
- Supervise or assist with small team projects, demonstrating leadership skills in coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring safety compliance.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in CMMS, including work orders, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory management.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance through proactive maintenance strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background.
- Hands-on expertise with basic preventative electrical systems including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters.
- Skilled in welding techniques for repair or fabrication purposes.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes.
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS software for effective maintenance planning.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively across departments. Bilingual is a Plus!

- Perform and assign all preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
