Responsibilities
- To be considered for this position you must have availability to work overnight shifts as well as morning and/or evening shifts.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests to ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues swiftly.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times, including during night audits or late-night shifts.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information while adhering to privacy standards.
- Support guest relations by solving customer service problems proactively and professionally, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective client communication across diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes to ensure safety and operational accuracy during all shifts.
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with multi-line phone system proficiency and phone etiquette.
- Experience in handling guest services, guest relations, and resolving customer service issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
