LPM Restaurant & Bar is a renowned French Mediterranean concept known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional cuisine, and outstanding guest experience. We are excited to expand to Boston and are looking for a dynamic Reservations & Events Manager to join our opening team.
Job Summary:
The Reservations & Events Manager will oversee all reservations and private event bookings, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both guest relations and event coordination in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all reservations across platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)
- Oversee daily reservation flow and optimize seating strategies
- Handle private dining and event inquiries from initial contact to execution
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for events and large parties
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
- Lead and train the host/reservations team
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle VIP guests
- Develop strategies to maximize bookings and revenue
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in reservations, events, or front-of-house management
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
