La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Lead Bartender who can bring craft, personality, and precision to the bar β and set the standard for the team around them.
You'll be responsible for delivering LPM's beverage program at the highest level, from classic techniques to guest-facing storytelling about our cocktails and spirits. This is a bar that guests will remember.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and serve beverages to LPM's standards, engaging guests along the way
- Set the standard for consistency and execution behind the bar during service
- Share technique and product knowledge with the bar team
- Maintain an organized, clean bar throughout service
- Recommend signature cocktails and explain the LPM concept to new guests
- Handle POS and cash operations accurately
- Minimum 4 years in F&B (bar, sommelier, or food service background)
- At least 2 years in a high-end restaurant and 2 years in a high-volume cocktail bar
- Strong mixology knowledge and genuine passion for the craft
