Wealth Management - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead Advisor, LLC is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to be a primary project lead for future clients of our firm. The TAS should balance strategic thinking to grow a business unit while personally driving daily activity metrics.

The right candidate should have a demonstrated history of revenue generating results in previous roles. (Measurable, metric driven results, not “stroke of pen” projects).

The right candidate should have a deep interest in the wealth management industry and can excel in a fast-changing, growing, small business.

Key Responsibilities

Focus One:

• Own assigned talent acquisition projects
• Lead and personally source top candidates for open roles
• This includes research, outreach, networking
• Blended outreach including direct dial phone calls and digital
• Interview candidates and run their candidate experience
• This would be for both projects acquired by the firm and any new relationships acquired by the candidate
• Approximate allocation of time: 70% in first six months

Focus Two:

• Business Development
• Identify wealth management firms that may benefit from our recruiting, consulting and talent development services
• This involves both networking with your existing wealth management relationships in addition to research and prospecting to growing firms
• Approximate allocation of time: 20% in first six months

Other responsibilities but not limited to:

• Ad hoc projects
• Research
• Working on industry agnostic roles
• Help with strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of agency recruiting experience OR wealth management experience as a leader, advisor or recruiter
• Experience and results in an entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of the wealth management and financial services space

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
