What You'll Be Responsible For
- Execute wine service to LPM's standards, engaging guests along the way
- Guide guests to the right bottle and pair with confidence
- Set the standard for consistency and execution on the floor during service
- Share wine knowledge with the sommelier and wider FOH team
- Support cellar organization and stock rotation
- Handle POS and cash operations accurately
- Minimum 4 years in F&B (sommelier, bar, or food service background)
- At least 2 years in a high-end restaurant, with wine service as a core part of the role
- Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine
