Job Summary
A reliable and detail-oriented Dish Operator to join our kitchen team. You would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
Cleaning, organizing and restocking dishes/kitchenware.
Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment and prep stations.
Provide occasional support for the prep/line cooks.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus, but not required.
