Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to run our CNC router and other related production machines. The ideal team member has experience, motivation, and a commitment to keeping production moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a CNC router and other machines safely and effectively
- Monitor execution to ensure machines are always running to keep up with order flow
- Perform setup, adjustments, and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow quality and safety procedures to company standards
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing facility experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read basic math measurements accurately using calipers or micrometers.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CNC router or similar production machinery
- Hardworking, positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to be on your feet for the full 8-hour shift
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Must provide at least one work reference
