Position Summary:
We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) social media and digital content contractor who can transform authentic local stories into organized, consistent, and high-reach content. This role supports content planning, design, posting, and analytics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and community groups. You'll collaborate directly with the owner to ensure La Fuente's story stays sharp, local, and culturally fluent.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage weekly content across social platforms.
Edit and post short-form video (Reels, TikTok) and photo content with bilingual captions.
Use Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools to format posts.
Coordinate with the owner on campaigns, seasonal themes, and event coverage.
Post to local Facebook foodie pages, Medford, Phoenix & Talent What's Happening groups.
Track performance metrics and recommend strategies for reach and engagement.
Maintain a consistent voice aligned with La Fuente's brand and community values.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing for small businesses.
Comfortable filming and editing video content.
Strong organizational skills — can turn creative chaos into a repeatable system.
Passion for local food, agriculture, and authentic cultural storytelling is a must.
