Your primary goal is to sell gym memberships and get new people to come into the gym through phone calls, and marketing.

Responsibilities
- Assist prospective members by explaining membership benefits and giving tours, answering questions, and guiding them through the sign-up process
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and smooth membership onboarding experiences
- Support administrative tasks related to membership management, including documentation, follow-up communications, and analysis of member data
Experience
- Previous experience in medical office settings or customer service roles highly preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a strong asset for serving diverse communities
- Familiarity with medical terminology enhances communication clarity within healthcare-related memberships
- Proficiency in computer skills including data entry, database management, and basic analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and clear articulation of information
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Experience with phone etiquette and handling sensitive information discreetly is essential
