AGM Job Description
The Top 4 Duties of a GM are to act as a:
- Weekend Scouting Report - always be above 80% weekend rolling average. 80% eligible for promotion.
- Personal Commissions - consistently write strong personal commissions.
- Develop Marketing Plan - show ability to drive tours & sell memberships through self & team produced efforts.
- Develop Replacement - assist with hiring and developing the Sr. SC.

- To have mastered the requirements for SC and possess the skill, confidence, and leadership necessary to take full responsibility for the position.
- To embrace being judged on the performance of your weekends & overall club performance (not just your personal production).
- To set high standards by your performance and your conduct, and to inspire everyone on your team to follow your example.
- To see that sales staff is professionally trained and given a fair chance to succeed, and then hold them accountable for achieving the required commission thresholds.
- To take a genuine interest in what motivates each of your sales team and members. To help your sales team and members achieve their objectives.
- To develop and promote future LA Fitness leaders.
