What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at LA Fitness?
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to help with taking care of our building. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Saturday and Sunday night 4-8pm
Various shifts available throughout the week
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, windows, restroom cleaning etc)
- Carry out set cleansing tasks and special projects when needed
- Notify management of occurring issues or needs for repair
- Keep a clean supply room
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills ( not required )
- Experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle heavy equipment (60 Lbs)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Over the age of 18
Job Type: Part-time
