Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by janitorial staff across multiple areas of the facility
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely and thorough maintenance of all spaces
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings
- Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning best practices and safety protocols
- Management background in housekeeping or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage
- Experience in hospitality or gym housekeeping management will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
