LA Fitness is looking for a competitive, growth-oriented Membership Advisor who is looking to develop into a leadership role while driving sales production and delivering a great member experience.
Position Overview
As a Fitness Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Driving membership sales and hitting key production metrics
- Building relationships within the local community to generate leads
- Educating members on all club amenities including Pilates, personal training, and specialty services
- Supporting daily club operations and member satisfaction
- Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching and accountability
You will train directly under veteran leadership while being held accountable to performance standards and measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Production
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Maintain daily activity standards (appointments, tours, follow-ups)
- Hit conversion benchmarks and closing ratios
- Promote and sell Pilates memberships and additional club services
Lead Generation & Community Outreach
- Develop local partnerships and community connections
- Execute outreach strategies to increase traffic and guest flow
- Participate in promotional events and member appreciation days
Member Experience
- Conduct club tours
- Clearly present membership options and amenities
- Educate members on Pilates, personal training, and specialty offerings
- Ensure follow-up systems are executed consistently
Leadership Development
- Participate in structured sales training and coaching
- Learn performance tracking, reporting, and accountability systems
- Support management with daily operational execution
