This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting managerial functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet all members warmly and enthusiastically, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Assist with Managerial operations.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
- Support other departments (Membership, Personal Training) as needed to ensure efficient office workflow.
