We are seeking driven, energetic leaders to join our Sales Manager / General Manager Mentorship Program—a key position designed for those looking to grow their careers in fitness management.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of our clubs. You’ll lead sales, marketing, team development, and daily operations, all while preparing for a future General Manager (GM) role. With full support from District and Regional leadership, you’ll be empowered to create an outstanding member experience and grow the business like an owner.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing
- Lead, coach, and develop the club’s sales team
- Drive club growth through strategic marketing and outreach
- Plan and execute local events in partnership with nearby businesses
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Manage and motivate staff across sales, service, and marketing
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans
- Help build a strong and positive club culture
Club Operations
- Schedule and manage staff coverage
- Resolve member concerns and service issues
- Maintain operational excellence and cleanliness standards
- Roll out company-wide promotions and initiatives

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities

- Prior experience in sales or fitness is a plus
