LA Fitness is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This is a customer-service and phone-focused position. A major part of the job is making outbound calls to current and past-due members regarding their memberships, account balances, club visits, and other membership-related needs. Applicants should be comfortable speaking with people over the phone and making calls throughout their shift.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to members regarding memberships, outstanding balances, club visits, and account-related matters
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist members with questions
- Greet members as they enter and leave the club
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer basic questions regarding memberships, billing, club policies, hours, and amenities
- Assist members with account and membership concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Complete basic front desk paperwork and computer tasks
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance around the gym as needed
- Help maintain a clear, organized, and welcoming front desk and club environment
- Complete closing procedures and help secure the facility at the end of the night
- Communicate issues or member concerns to management

- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stay productive during slower periods
- Comfortable learning basic membership and billing information
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to assist with light cleaning and general upkeep of the facility
Customer service, sales, cell center, collections, or front desk experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule
Sunday availability is required every week.
We currently have a variety of shifts available, including:
- Morning shifts
- Daytime shifts
- Evening/closing shifts
- Weekday and weekend hours
- Kids Klub
