Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training curricula aligned with organizational goals using instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Support the creation of engaging content utilizing tools like Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, SharePoint, and Workday for effective delivery of e-learning modules and classroom sessions.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and talent management initiatives to promote a positive learning environment.
- Lead program management efforts including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking training effectiveness through data collection and employee evaluation metrics.
- Facilitate training delivery through classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and workshops while demonstrating excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, performance management, conflict management, and employee relations to align training efforts with organizational development strategies.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating effectively across teams and managing transitions smoothly through targeted training interventions.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on content development, instructional techniques, and the use of learning technology tools such as LMS, HRIS systems like Workday or HRIS platforms like Salesforce.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in human resources management, training & development practices, and adult education methodologies to continuously improve program quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in training & development roles with a focus on program design, instructional delivery, and content development.
- Proficiency with learning technology platforms including LMS (Learning Management System), Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, Workday, Salesforce, and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of adult education principles such as ADDIE model and instructional design best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management strategies including succession planning and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in mentoring staff, conducting research on HR trends, and developing innovative training solutions.
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a dynamic environment.
