Responsibilities:
- Sell Gym Memberships*****
-Lead collection to get nonmembers to try out the gym for free****
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to fitness staff
- Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facility cleanliness
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized exercise recommendations
- Assist members with proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all members
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate fitness-related events and activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in fitness center management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and programs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
