This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales leader who thrives wearing multiple hats (strategic thinker, sales coach, salesperson, team builder, and market development expert). You must have experience developing and executing sales strategies for the luxury residential construction market space. You excel in developing solid relationships with high-end builders, architects, designers and other specifiers. You love attracting the best salespeople in your market and then coaching, motivating, and holding them accountable to achieve new levels of success. Your experience working in a fast-paced environment serving affluent – and highly demanding – clients will give you a huge advantage.
To be successful, you understand it is up to you and nobody else. You must be accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, and work well with all team members. Your experience using a consultative sales model and your ability to hold the sales team accountable allows you to win new business, gain market share, and develop/expand existing accounts. You must have a prior income of $130,000 or more in a variable compensation plan and a strong drive to earn well beyond that.
In this role you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive growth. This position is not for everyone – if you are uncomfortable working in a competitive environment serving demanding, uncompromising clients through a long sales process, this probably is not the job for you.
