Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and support our hiring efforts across multiple roles including Project Engineers, Project Managers, Laborers, Administrative Staff, and Superintendents. This role will also assist in setting up internal systems and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain job postings across platforms.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- ATS Implementation & Management
- Assist in selecting and setting up an internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Administrative Support
- Aid in onboarding processes and documentation.
- Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
