Position Summary
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to own and grow wholesale relationships while expanding our presence with the right retail partners. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and account activation to order writing and long-term growth—while serving as a trusted partner to our customers. As a brand ambassador in the market, you’ll represent our commitment to creativity, quality, and outdoor culture, building meaningful relationships that drive sustainable revenue. This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located within the Denver Metro Area.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manages assigned accounts and sales activities while meeting or exceeding defined performance and revenue goals.
- Execute established sales strategies and processes with consistency and accountability.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of company products, customers, and sales tools to effectively represent the brand.
- Effectively prioritizes workload, manages time, and balances multiple accounts and opportunities.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Identifies opportunities for account growth and proactively pursues new business within assigned scope.
- Accurately documents activity, opportunities, and outcomes in required systems and tools.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional partners to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Seek feedback, coaching, and development to continuously improve performance.
- Operates with professionalism and integrity in alignment with company values.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven wholesale sales experience- ideally in apparel, headwear, or outdoor lifestyle categories.
- Familiarity with destination-driven retail (tourism, national parks, mountain towns) and outdoor lifestyle spaces (skiing, snowboarding, hiking, climbing, camping).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and push for results.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic digital workflows.
- Illustrator/Adobe Creative Suite skills are a bonus. Candidates with these skills will be prioritized, but they’re not required.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required
- This is a hybrid position, with expectations to be onsite 1-3 days per week
