Position: Data and AI Consulting Manager
Role Overview
The Data & AI Consulting Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling LTTS’s Data & AI business in the O&G sector. This role blends industry expertise, technical understanding, and consulting leadership to help clients modernize their data landscape, adopt AI‑driven solutions, and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with clients, internal engineering teams, and LTTS leadership to define digital roadmaps, architect data solutions, and drive adoption of advanced analytics across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Engagement
- Lead business development efforts for Data & AI offerings in the O&G industry, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, and proposal development.
- Build and nurture C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships across major O&G operators and service companies.
- Translate client challenges into actionable Data & AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and expansion of existing accounts.
- Ability to translate complex data challenges into strategic business solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Consulting & Solution Leadership
- Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and consulting engagements focused on data modernization, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
- Define and architect solutions across:
- Data Governance & Master Data Management
- Data Integration & Contextualization (OT/IT/ET data)
- ML Ops & AI Ops
- Knowledge graphs, digital twins, and industrial data platforms
- Predictive analytics, reliability models, and safety insights
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends in O&G digitalization.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with LTTS's engineering and technology teams to develop innovative and tailored digital solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation roles, with at least 5 years in consulting or client‑facing leadership.
- Strong understanding of O&G operations (upstream, midstream, or downstream) and associated data ecosystems.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions in:
- Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management
- Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- ML Ops, AI Ops, and industrial analytics
- OT/IT integration and contextualization
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of revenue generation or practice growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial data platforms (e.g., AVEVA, Cognite, Palantir, Seeq).
- Familiarity with reliability engineering, asset performance management, or safety analytics.
- Certifications in cloud, data engineering, or AI.
- Prior experience working with global engineering or technology services firms.
