Title: AI PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Reports to: DIR or AVP Design Studio

Location: Clearwater, Florida (NOC)

We are seeking an innovative and technically proficient AI Design & Production Designer to lead the integration and application of artificial intelligence within our newly formed Design Studio. This is a critical role for a creative leader with 7 years of experience who possesses a unique blend of graphic design mastery and forward-thinking AI expertise. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between artistic vision and cutting-edge technology, driving the creation of compelling graphic design, dynamic animation, and innovative AI-generated content.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager with a deep understanding of the entire creative pipeline, from conceptualization to final production. You will bring our design team forward by leveraging AI tools effectively and push the boundaries of visual storytelling, ensuring our content is not only visually stunning but also produced with enhanced efficiency and scalability. Your leadership will shape how we harness AI to innovate our creative output and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Creative Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and manage AI-driven creative strategies to enhance and accelerate graphic design, animation, and overall content production.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate leading generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-video, AI-assisted rendering, content generation platforms) into existing creative workflows.
• Lead the exploration and experimentation of new AI technologies, methodologies, and prompts to unlock novel creative possibilities and efficiencies.
• Establish best practices and guidelines for prompt engineering, AI model utilization, and ethical considerations in AI-generated content.
  
  

Graphic Design & Visual Development

• Oversee the design and production of high-quality static graphic assets, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand standards across all platforms.
• Ensure all graphic outputs, including those created by other designers, are optimized for various digital and print applications.
  
  

Animation & Motion Graphics Production

• Integrate AI tools to streamline animation processes, such as character rigging, scene generation, motion tracking, or automating repetitive tasks.
• Assist in the creation and production of engaging animation and motion graphics, including 2D/3D animation, explainer videos, visual effects, and dynamic brand assets.
• Ensure dynamic content aligns seamlessly with brand narratives and effectively captures audience attention.
  
  

Technical Expertise & Innovation

• Demonstrate expert-level hands-on proficiency with industry-leading software for each specialized area:
• Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a deep focus on advanced features for photo manipulation and illustration.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• AI Design & Production: Proven experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Jasper Art, or similar).
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements in design software, AI tools, and creative production techniques, continuously advocating for and implementing innovative solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in a creative role, with a significant portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, animation, and a proven track record of incorporating AI into design and production workflows.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of work across static graphics, motion, and animation, explicitly highlighting projects where AI tools were utilized.
• Expert-level hands-on proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with deep, advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for complex photo manipulation and illustration.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender), alongside master-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with leading generative AI platforms for creative production.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing priorities in a rapidly advancing field.
