Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively recruit top talent using job fairs, digital platforms, and your professional network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters, colleges, universities, and vocational programs.
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Develop recruiting plans that support and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Creative Job Advertising: Write compelling job postings that attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms.
- Data-Driven Sourcing: Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify new avenues for reaching quality candidates.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify top talent and match them to client needs.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Proficient with internet research and applicant tracking systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree in business or related field, or 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred).
- Knowledge of administrative operations and office procedures.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screen.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
