We are seeking a skilled and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join a highly engaged outpatient team treating a diverse mix of patients, with a strong emphasis on athletes, sports injuries, orthopedic cases, and general outpatient populations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside other PTs and PTAs, with the autonomy to create individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Deliver hands-on, individualized therapy.
- Treat a caseload primarily consisting of athletes, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-operative patients, and general outpatient clients.
- Manage an average of 14 patient visits per day while maintaining high-quality documentation and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs and PTAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in community outreach opportunities such as local events, school talks, athletic activities, and creative engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using WebPT EMR.
- Float between clinic locations when necessary (no long-distance travel required).
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Strong outpatient orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education abilities.
- Experience working with athletic populations, sports injury rehab, or performance-based therapy.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, hands-on team environment.
