Our client is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join a growing title team in League City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with title and escrow experience who enjoys supporting real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with opening and processing escrow files
✔ Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents
✔ Prepare and review closing documents
✔ Support escrow officers throughout the closing process
✔ Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
• Previous title and escrow experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
