We Are Looking For A Sales Associate To:
Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility
Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details
Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

We Are Looking For A Sales Associate With The Following:
High school diploma or GED required
1 years experience in a Customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required)
Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
Passion for roofing, construction, remodeling, home improvement, economics, or helping families
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Reliable transportation is required
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
