We Are Looking For A Sales Associate To:
- Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility
- Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
- Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Complete training and hands-on experience in home improvement sales

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years experience in a Customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required)

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
